Payment for that milestone is required upon your satisfaction with the demo. Once a milestone payment is cleared, no refunds can be given for that particular milestone.

2. Client Satisfaction Guarantee:

We prioritize client satisfaction and aim to address any concerns or queries you may have during the project development process. We encourage you to provide feedback and communicate any adjustments or improvements you require during the milestone demos. Our team will diligently work to meet your expectations and deliver the desired results.

3. No Refunds after Milestone Approval:

Once you have approved a milestone demo and the corresponding payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued for that milestone. This policy ensures that you have the opportunity to thoroughly review the work completed before proceeding to the next phase of the project.

4. Exceptional Circumstances:

In rare cases where there are exceptional circumstances beyond our control that prevent us from delivering the agreed-upon services, we may consider issuing a refund at our discretion. Such circumstances may include technical limitations, unforeseen obstacles, or project cancellation initiated by us.

If your request has merit, we will issue full refund within 7 working days to the bank account provided by you for refund purposes.
